All software, gameplay mechanics, and content remain our property or licensed to us.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance or outages may occur.

We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for:
- lost profits
- lost data
- indirect damages.
Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid to us within the previous 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or suspected fraud.
